It’s been around more than a decade---a tribute to its dedication to quality and service. Though former local celeb chef Pete Clements has gone away, his entire team remains on staff. As always, they remain devoted to the best local ingredients and organic products. The result is healthy Mediterranean cuisine with intense but never overwhelming flavors. Be it traditional baked paella or roasted and grilled fish or meats with herbs and fine olive oil, Emilio’s cooking is pure, simple and tasty.
